Please read this carefully and fully, by using this service and remaining on this site, you agree to the following:

All prices, offers, features, and policies listed on WestTexasHub.com are subject to change at any time without prior notice, unless otherwise stated in a written contract signed by both parties.

By purchasing a listing or subscription, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Service Description
   WestTexasHub.com provides online directory listings and promotional visibility for local businesses and community organizations in West Texas. Listings are offered as digital services and do not include any physical goods.

2. Payments and Renewals

   • Payments are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the option selected at signup.

   • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

   • Failure to complete payment on time may result in temporary suspension or removal of the listing until payment is received.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

   • All payments are final and non-refundable once a listing has been published.

   • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

   • Partial-month refunds are not provided.

4. Founding Member Pricing
   Founding Member pricing is guaranteed for as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing. If a subscription lapses or is canceled, the Founding Member rate is forfeited, and current standard rates will apply to any future renewals.

5. Referral Bonuses and Promotions
   Current subscribers are eligible to earn free months by referring new businesses.
   When a referred business signs up and remains active for at least one full month, the referring subscriber will receive one free month of their own listing.
   This applies regardless of whether the referred business pays for a single month or an annual plan.
   Each verified referral earns one free month, and there is no limit to how many free months a subscriber may earn.
   Referral bonuses are verified and reimbursed directly by the site owner after the referred business completes their first month of active service.

6. Listing Content and Updates
   Businesses and organizations are responsible for providing accurate information for their listings. West Texas Hub reserves the right to edit, refuse, or remove content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, misleading, or violates community standards.

   Requested changes or updates to listings must be made in writing (email is acceptable). Once a written request is received, updates will be made as soon as reasonably possible.
   If you know of an upcoming change—such as seasonal hours, special events, or temporary closures—please provide at least one week’s notice to ensure the update can be made in time.

7. Church Listings
   Churches and recognized houses of worship receive a free Standard (Basic) Listing on WestTexasHub.com.
   If a church or ministry wishes to upgrade to a Featured or Premier listing, the standard paid rate for that tier will apply.
   Free listings are limited to one per church and are subject to the same content and update guidelines as all other listings.

8. Performance Disclaimer
   While the owner and team behind WestTexasHub.com strive to promote and showcase listed businesses to the best of their ability, no guarantees are made regarding increased traffic, sales, visibility, or business performance as a result of being listed on this website.
   Each business’s results will vary depending on numerous factors beyond the control of West Texas Hub.

9. Changes to Terms
   West Texas Hub reserves the right to modify these terms, pricing, and policies at any time without notice, except where otherwise covered by a signed written agreement.
   Current subscribers will always be notified before any change that affects their active listings or ongoing payments.

10. Refusal of Service
    West Texas Hub reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time. While we strive to support all local businesses and organizations, we retain the right to decline or discontinue any listing at our sole discretion. This policy is rarely exercised but remains in place to ensure fairness, quality, and integrity across the directory.

11. Nondiscrimination Policy
    West Texas Hub does not discriminate against any individual or organization based on race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sex, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other protected classification under applicable law.
    All listings are reviewed and treated equally in accordance with these principles.

12. Eligibility and Representation
    Any individual creating or managing a listing on WestTexasHub.com must be the business owner or a legally authorized representative of the business or organization.
    All subscribers and participants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. By submitting a listing or payment, you confirm that you meet these requirements and are authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

    Questions about billing, listings, or policies may be directed through the JOIN page on WestTexasHub.com or by email to the site owner. All emails will remain confidential, we will not share or sell your information, ever!
